Welcome to high school Health class! This class is designed to help students learn what health means; identify strategies to improve mental, physical, emotional, social and community health; demonstrate health promoting and risk reducing behaviors; and apply prevention and intervention knowledge,

How risky are your behaviors?
Students will be taking a short self assessment to see how risky their behaviors are. Results will be used for information and discussion purposes only.
Directions:
1. Take the quiz at the link provided, answer statements as honestly as possible, provide the demographic information (at the end of the quiz) at your choosing.
2. Copy and paste results to a Google doc. Title it: RiskResults-Yourfirstandlastname-9-11-14
3. Reflect on the results. You must write a minimum of 3 sentences. Suggested questions to answer: do you agree with results? Why/why not? How accurate do you think this assessment is? If you have a high level of risk in your life, do you think that is healthy? Why/why not?
4. Share results and reflection with Mrs. Wysocki by the end of the period.
